Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept cash and checks. We can also send a PayPal request via email to allow you to use you Visa, MasterCard or any other debit/credit card.

Do You Charge By the Hour?

For our carpet cleaning services we charge by the room. We will clean one room, two rooms etc., or a whole house which is 5-8 rooms including stairs and halls. Please find our pricing table here. Time will vary based on the severity of soiling and the nature of stains. As we complete a room, the customer is consulted before going to the next room.

 Can you get out my pet stains? What stains can you not get out?

YES! Most stains are organic in nature and our enzymes are organic. Chemistry 101, like dissolves like. Regardless of the origin of your stains, if they are organic in nature we can get them out. We can also remove most man made stains like ink, dyes, rust and paint stains. For these we have to use non-plant based cleaners but the solutions are all Bio-degradable. The stains we can't get out are stains that are produced by a chemical reaction with the nylon in your carpet fibers from a previous form of carpet cleaning or the amount of time the stain has been present.

How long does it take carpets to dry and do you move furniture?

By the time we clean one room, the last room will be dry. We spray a green cleaning solution containing our enzymes and use just enough water to suspend our enzymes and reduce friction for our bonnets as they pick up soiled products in the carpet.

As far as moving furniture, a two-man carpet cleaning crew can move most furniture. But a single man team is limited to what he can move. In this case most customers will assist in the moving of furniture.

What makes you different from other cleaning services?

Plant-based ingredients.

EcoZyme solutions use plant based enzymes and nanotechnology to capture dirt in a micro-encapsulated fashion. Allergens and dirt are extracted from the carpet while restoring the natural knap of the carpet. Harsh detergents that do not break down simply attract dirt faster while flattening the carpet loop that gives carpets that worn out look.

No harsh chemicals. 

Unfortunately, other chemicals in the carpet cleaning industry promoted as "GREEN" are not truly green since some still contain harmful ingredients proven to be dangerous to health and the environment, such as: volatile organic compounds (VOC's), chlorine, benzene, triclosan, nonylphenol and nonylphenol ethoxylates including alkylphenolethoxylates (APEs), and other ozone depleting substances. These chemicals can cause chemical reactions in certain nylon fibers and stain the carpet permanently.

Effectiveness

Cleaning without harmful formulations requires a different chemical approach. Our products use a nanotechnology that employs tiny particles, 1/80,000 the thickness of human hair. The small size allows the nano-molecules to pierce the carbon bonds of dirt and stains. This action breaks unwanted substances into billions of encapsulated particles that disperse in water and repel one another. As a result, the encapsulated soil is easily removed and will not bind to the carpet fibers. As you vacuum, the encapsulated soil particles are pulled from the carpet and the carpet becomes brighter and fuller to the touch.
